1) The name you will be using in the servers we play on, and any other aliases you may have used in JKA/JK2 more than once or twice. Sutyo
2) Why you desire to seek out membership in the Brotherhood. I don't know much about you guys but the members seem like good people. Plus as BoC was advertised as an academy, I would like some help on my saber training.
3) Why you feel you will make a good member of the Brotherhood if accepted. Well since I'm a fairly new player I don't have much to give through experience (though I'll try). All I can say is that I'm a fast learner and not a pain to be around.
4) How you found out about the Brotherhood. Tzu's post on the J forums.
5) Acknowledge that you have read through the material presented in the Grand Tour and understand what it means to be a member of our Brotherhood. I have read through the Grand Tour understanding it all.
6) Acknowledge that you have read all the rules and the FAQ and agree to abide by the Jedi Code at all times. I've read the rules and FAQ and agree to abide by the Jedi Code.
